Onyx Coale’s Traits of Great Women Leaders

Unique traits add an extra boost into the business world.

Being a good communicator and a great listener are two very important characteristics of a leader. This is why women are well known for being successful leaders.

Sincerity is another vital trait for a good business. One must truly care about the product, service and customers. Being invested into customer’s feelings is an ability many women take flack for, but in business that sincerity and authenticity can make, or break, a deal.

Knowing how to connect and build relationships is also a trait common to both great leaders and women. Being the social creatures women are, it is easy to adapt to building a network and client base no matter who the other people are.

Onyx Coale Women Entrepreneurs Tips for Success

A few tips from successful women entrepreneurs:

  • Use your strengths and weaknesses to your advantage>
  • Good ideas do not always sell; create a solid business model.
  • If you have kids, hire a babysitter or nanny. Don’t try to be “Mom” and “The Boss” at the same time.
  • Have business hours and stick to them: letting the workday interfere in home life can cause problems with the family.

Build Your Confidence in Four Easy Steps by Onyx Coale

An important asset in life is confidence. An abundance of it can get you far; a lack of it can close doors.

These four steps can help you boost your confidence:

  • Honestly identify your strengths and weaknesses. Focus on your strengths and get help for your weaknesses. Consider getting others more competent in your weaknesses to complete those tasks for you.
  • Trust yourself. Develop your intuitive skills.
  • Find mentors whose judgment you respect and develop relationships with them.
  • Continue to develop your skills by reading articles and taking courses.

These are my steps I share with others when I’m been asked, “How do you build your confidence, Onyx Coale?”

Onyx Coale on Developing a Clear Roadmap to Your Goals

According to Onyx Coale, network marketing could offer a clear plan for meeting your goals.

“My whole life I had been an entrepreneur without a roadmap,” Onyx Coale says. “No one ever told me, ‘Do this and you will succeed.’ When I joined my company, I found that all of a sudden, I had a roadmap. I knew exactly how to earn that Mercedes. I simply needed to take certain steps and move a specific amount of product, and I knew I could meet my goal.”

Onyx knew her presentation style needed work when she saw her prospects’ responses to her inviting style.

Onyx Coale decided to master inviting. She created a plan for daily practice and improvement, which was to share her opportunity with two people each day.

“In the beginning I was really bad,” says Onyx Coale. “But at the end of thirty days I had talked to sixty people. My skills were improving. At the end of sixty days, I spoke to 120 people. I was getting more ‘yes.’ I focused on getting my message across naturally while sharing my passion. I keep it simple. I listen to other people and present the opportunity based on their needs rather than my own.”

Onyx Coale on Creating a System of Success

Onyx Coale on Creating a System of Success

After discovering genuine passion and enthusiasm for her company’s health and wellness product line was not enough, Onyx Coale developed a successful business development system.

Onyx Coale taught her team members how to leverage the system to launch and grow their own business successes.

“I discovered less is more,” Onyx says.

“I had some product results in my personal life, I was excited. I needed to learn a few new skills and create a system to invite others into my Monavie business.

“When I first started, my company was still young. It didn’t have a formalized training program, so most distributors were just ignorance on fire.”

Realizing the ability to communicate her business opportunity in-depth was important to her success, Onyx Coale learned network marketing and mastered Monavie’s product features and compensation plan.

“With few big employers in southern Florida, many people go into business for themselves,” says Onyx Coale.

“Surprisingly, few have ever done network marketing. Just like me, they didn’t understand the business model. I developed a system to professionally present the opportunity. After having success with people saying yes, I realized they needed to be taught the steps to achieve their own successes.”

Onyx Coale Enters Network Marketing

Onyx Coale went into network marketing like she does everything else in life … with both feet.

She had traveled the world in her mid-20s and started many businesses in her 10 years in New Zealand.

When Onyx Coale returned to Florida, she became involved in real estate.

Onyx Coale is the type of person who quickly befriends people. This quality attracted many network marketers offering Onyx their opportunities. It wasn’t until she was approached with a health product that Onyx Coale became interested in network marketing.

Onyx Coale and Network Marketing

Onyx Coale found she truly liked the product. She was very enthusiastic about it and wanted to share the health product and company with her friends and family. There was no doubting her genuine belief in the product, but she lacked the proper knowledge to sell the concept.

Determined to make it work, Onyx Coale set up daily goals. She made herself talk to two people about the program every day.

She paid attention to the people she spoke with … what interested them, what they wanted to know and when she would lose their interest.

She also took the time to learn about the company and opportunity. She spent hours sorting out the compensation plan. She read books on the whole concept of network marketing.

Now when Onyx Coale speaks to people, they listened.

When she gives speeches to 10,000 people and more, Onyx Coale can share from experience how to succeed.

Onyx Coale guides people through it all and hopes that each and every one of them achieves seven-figure income.
